Set just outside Umag on the Istrian coast, this contemporary villa occupies 328 m² of carefully designed interior on a 1,250 m² plot and welcomes up to 10 guests across five en‑suite bedrooms. Sleeping configurations include one double (160x200), two doubles (170x200), one king‑size (180x200) and a twin room with two singles (100x200); every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV, and one bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Built for year‑round comfort, the property features underfloor heating, central heating, air conditioning in every room and a cozy fireplace, making it equally appealing for summer escapes and winter retreats.

Inside, light-filled living spaces blend refined comfort with practical amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and indoor dining for ten, a generous living area with couch and armchairs, SMART TVs with Netflix and SAT TV, stereo system, workspace and a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Wellness and relaxation are central to the experience — a dedicated relaxation room and sauna provide quiet recovery after active days, while multiple bathrooms (four with shower; one with shower and bathtub) ensure privacy and convenience for all guests.

The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer to the host. If no damage is found, the full amount will be refunded within 2 business days of departure. Pool heating with a heat pump available on request from May 10-September 26. with an extra charge of €200 per week - the temperature depends on the weather conditions.
