Villa Chiara

Just a short drive from Poreč, this intimate stone-and-glass retreat sits on a generous 751 m² plot and was built in 2017 for a modern yet authentic Istrian stay. The compact 60 m² interior sleeps up to four guests: a comfortable ground-floor bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, plus a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Outside, a 21 m² private pool and sun-soaked terraces make it easy to live like a local among olive-green Mediterranean vegetation and wide nature views.

Inside you'll find everything set up for easy self-catering and relaxed living: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, mixer, spices, and more), indoor dining for five, and a cozy lounge area with smart TV, SAT TV, Netflix, and Wi‑Fi. There's also a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV in every room, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and central heating plus A/C so stays are comfortable year-round.
