About Villa

Tucked in the peaceful village of Vabriga, this modern Istrian villa offers a roomy 287 m² of indoor comfort on a 697 m² plot, with a sparkling private pool (33 m²) and a carefully tended garden — built in 2019, it feels fresh, bright and effortless to live in. A private concierge and a welcome package mean your arrival is smooth, and practical touches like private parking, a fully fenced yard and underfloor heating make it comfortable all year round. Smoking is allowed only outside, and the property is pet-friendly on request (extra charge).

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four double en-suite bedrooms (each bed 180x200), with A/C in every room and at least one convenient ground-floor bedroom — the layout also makes it suitable for disabled guests. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, spices and starter coffee capsules), an indoor dining table for ten, Smart TV and SAT TV, Wi‑Fi, a cosy armchair, workspace and a sofa bed.

Notes

The pool is open from April to November. We offer 15% discount for reservations for September that 6 or more nights long.
