Set within the forested heights of Ravna Gora, this contemporary luxury villa offers 400 m2 of refined living on a 1,000 m2 plot. Designed for up to ten guests, the residence features three en‑suite bedrooms (one on the ground floor) furnished with king and queen beds (180 x 200; 2 x 200 x 200). Every room is climate‑controlled with air conditioning and a TV; underfloor heating and a fireplace add a tactile warmth to the cool mountain air, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand.

Inside, convivial spaces are arranged for both relaxation and entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for ten sit comfortably beside lounge areas with smart TV, stereo and PlayStation 5.

Pets up to 5 kg allowed for an additional charge of €40/day. A double deposit of €1000 is required for stays with pets, parties, and events.
For stays from monday to thursday there is a discount od 10%.
