Set on a generous 5,000 m² plot on the island of Vir in Croatia, this contemporary Mediterranean residence was completed in 2014 and offers an elegant base for large gatherings. With an indoor area of 450 m², accommodation for 28 guests across 10 double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds) and 6 bathrooms with showers, the property blends modern design with authentic coastal atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling glass and elevated terraces provide a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, while the private 48 m² salt water pool and meticulously tended gardens emphasize privacy and relaxation.

Interiors are arranged to serve groups comfortably: multiple lounge areas feature smart TVs and SAT TV, a large indoor dining area seating 20, and a total of 7 fully equipped kitchens (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer). Practicality meets comfort with a home office corner, WI‑FI throughout, washing machine, dryer, iron and board, and TVs in every room.
