The interior is designed for effortless living: three ground-floor bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet for convenience. The villa includes two fully equipped kitchens, an indoor dining area for eight and an outdoor dining area for eight, alongside living spaces with a fireplace, smart TVs (HBO, Netflix), stereo system and reliable Wi‑Fi. Practical comforts such as underfloor heating, central heating, air conditioning in every room, a dedicated workspace/home office, washing machine, dryer and a welcome package ensure convenience during any stay.

The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer to the host. If no damage is found, the full amount will be refunded within 2 business days of departure.
