Perched on the shoreline of Brač, Croatia, this recently built luxury villa offers 560 m2 of contemporary living on a 1,000 m2 plot with direct access to the sea and private mooring. Designed for up to 12 guests, the property features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a 50 m2 heated salt-water pool, and year-round comforts such as A/C in every room and underpinned guest support 24/7.

The interior balances social and private spaces: a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for 15, an expansive living area with Smart TVs (Netflix, HBO), stereo system and PlayStation 5, plus a dedicated home-office corner and high-speed Wi‑Fi. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with king-size (180x200) beds, three double bedrooms (135x190) and one twin room (2 x 96.5x189 cm) — each with an en-suite bathroom; six bathrooms offer showers while one includes both shower and bathtub.

Notes

There is a villa manager to help organize trips, shopping, transfers, taxis, babysitting, private chefs, restaurant bookings etc. The villa manager is on call 24/7 and this service is available from April to November.
