Set on an 850 m² plot in the peaceful hills of Kaštelir, this modern villa (built 2015) is a sun-soaked, private escape for up to 10 guests across 245 m² of indoor space. Bright open living areas and a fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook together and linger at the indoor dining table for 10. Practical touches like a coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, freezer and laundry facilities mean you can settle in like you own the place, while A/C in every room and underfloor heating keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for mixed groups: five bedrooms and five bathrooms include four bedrooms with 180x200 beds (each en-suite) and one bedroom with a 155x90 bed. Bathrooms include three showers and one bathtub, plus an extra WC.

In the off-season, from January until the end of May, the listed price is for 8 people. Additional guests (up to 10 total) are welcome at an extra charge of €25 per person, per day. The same applies from September to December. The security deposit is collected by bank transfer before arrival and returned 2 days after checkout.
