Even though it is close to the beach, a 32 m2 private heated pool is in front of the Villa. It is always good to have plenty of choices, and if you will not be soaking up the sun on the beach, you can do it on the sun loungers by the pool.

Das Haus an sich ist wirklich schön, hat eine tolle Lage und ist super ausgestattet, sowie sauber. Auch der Außenbereich ist großartig. Wir haben keine Straße als zu laut empfunden und der Pool ist ein großes Highlight für uns und die Kinder gewesen. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Daniela war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Ein Manko gibt es dennoch. Aus dem Badezimmer hat es fürchterlich nach Kanalisation gerochen und das fast unseren gesamten Aufenthalt über, das hat wirklich gestört und war besonders Abends kaum auszuhalten. Relativ schwierig finde ich, dass das Grundstück nur über das Rolltor zu verlassen ist. Dies ist zum einen laut, zum anderen bei Stromausfall problematisch (den gibt es dort wohl regelmäßig, hatten wir auch). Der Meerblick macht das aber wieder gut. Alles in allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen.

We just visited Villa Black Pearl and it was a wonderful villa! It looked just like the pictures and had everything you might need during a stay for one week. The host Daniela was also very nice and helpful with whatever questions we had!!

Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt. An sich ist das Haus auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass im Bad ein Boiler ist, ist es leider hier immer sehr warm, die Außendusche, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es nicht mehr.
Der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet, durch die Anordnung der Liegen hat man immer eine Schattenmöglichkeit.
Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht ganz genau. Das Haus hat 2 extra Eingänge. Das heißt ,hat man zwar 4 Schlafzimmer, aber 2 sind nur über einen extra Eingang mit Außentreppe zu erreichen. Das Grundstück kann nur über das Rolltor verlassen werden, es gibt keinen extra Ausgang, was zum Gassi gehen Morgens mit Hund leider sehr laut ist für die Mitbewohner und Nachbarn. Es gab viele Kleinigkeiten, die für den Preis selbstverständlich sein sollten (Pool gereinigt bei Ankunft, Kaffeemaschine entkalkt und gereinigt,...)
Die Betreeung durch Daniela vor Ort war perfekt, egal bei welchem Anliegen, hat sie sich sofort gekümmert.

Très jolie maison avec une situation idéale à la fois proche des plages, des accès routiers et des centres commerciaux. Calme dans un lotissement en construction. L'accueil et les personnes rencontrées ont été réactives et très aimables à nos demandes.

Der Ausblick ,der Pool und das Haus sind sehr schön. Es ist genau so, wie es die Bilder versprechen.
Die Hauptstraße ist leider sehr nah und dementsprechend hörbar.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Seien es die Speisereste oder Hundehaare der Vormieter.
Ansonsten ist das Haus ideal um Dalmatien zu erkunden.

The villa is brand new and perfectly decorated. The swimming pool fantastic. The host Lucia welcomed us and gave us detailed infos about the surroundings. Šibenik is a beautiful place and Kornati NP amazing!!
