A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room of royal design is created to enjoy the gastronomic experience, and a charming living room brings warmth with a large white fireplace.

The carefully tended garden is simply breathtaking. The yard is completely fenced, so the safety of you and your loved ones is unquestionable. The large 50 m² outdoor swimming pool is heated, and there are deckchairs for enjoying the warm Istrian sun. For those who like an al fresco dining experience, there is an outdoor kitchen and dining room for relaxing in the fresh air, and you will certainly take advantage of the convenience of a private sauna, jacuzzi, and gym.

This region is known for its beautiful nature, whether it is the coastal area or the interior. We recommend hiking to enjoy the beauty of nature, and bike trails are great for additional recreation. The coast is only 8 km away from the villa where you will find beautiful beaches and a crystal clear sea.
