The property accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms within an airy 185 m² indoor footprint on a 300 m² plot. Guests arrive to a tasteful welcome package and find thoughtful touches throughout: A/C in every room, TV in every room (including Smart/SAT TV), a safe box, and a start package of coffee capsules for relaxed mornings by the sea.

Interiors are streamlined and family-friendly, with a fully equipped kitchen — refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and spices — leading to an indoor dining area for six. Sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathrooms and a third double (160 x 200 cm), while the villa’s four bathrooms comprise three full showers and one guest WC, ensuring privacy and convenience.
