Zorislav’s place is simply perfect! It’s located in a small village and has everything you could possibly wish for: stylishly furnished, fully equipped, with many small and thoughtful details. You can feel the love that has gone into every corner of it. Zorislav was always available for us, and small changes to our arrival and departure times were easy to arrange. It’s not super close to the cities and beaches, but the distances are very manageable. This was the most beautiful holiday home we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ll definitely be back!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this villa in Croatia, and everything was absolutely perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Our host was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Villa LiliAna je bila naš odabir za odmor ovog ljeta. Zaljubili smo se u nju već preko slika na stranici agencije. Nalazi se u pitoresknom gradiću Svetvinčenat u srcu Istre koji je na 20-30 min vožnje od svih lijepih obalnih gradova u Istri tako da smo lako išli na izlete, kupanje, večere. Vila je pozicionirana u jako mirnom dijelu Svetvinčenta, okružena drugim kamenim kućama, a opet na 10 min do trgovina i restorana. Nama je pružila potpuni mir i udobnost kakve smo tražili i bilo nam je žao što nismo mogli ostati dulje. Kuća je prekrasno dizajnirana, moderna, opremljena svime što vam je potrebno za pravi komfor, a uz sve to puna je detalja koji oduševljavaju poput ambijentalne unutarnje i vanjske rasvjete, izvezene posteljine, finog posuđa, zanimljivih knjiga i ukrasa te mirisnih sapuna. Svuda su mirisni štapići pa se već pri dolasku u kuću osjećate kao da ste došli u neki lijepi spa. Naravno uživali smo i u bazenu i u vrtu punom mediteranskog zelenila i začina, Vlasnici kuće su izuzetno ljubazni, odmah po rezervaciji poslali su nam pismo dobrodošlice sa mnoštvom korisnih informacija o kući i lokaciji te preporukom restorana, pekara, slastičarni u regiji. To nam je puno pomoglo da se organiziramo i unaprijed pripremimo svoj odmor. Također je bila lijepa gesta što nas je u kući dočekalo sveže voće, maslinovo ulje i neke osnovne namirnice za kuhanje. Na svaki naš upit ljubazno su odgovorili, tako da zaslužuju sve pohvale. Mi smo baš uživali u našem odmoru u Villi LiliAna i sigurno ćemo se tamo opet vratiti. Amra Villa LiliAna was our choice for the vacation this summer. We fell in love with it just from the pictures on the agency's website. It is located in the picturesque town of Svetvinčenat in the heart of Istria, which is a 20-30 minute drive from all the beautiful coastal towns in Istria, so we easily went on excursions, beaches and dinners. The villa is located in a very quiet part of Svetvinčenat, surrounded by other stone houses, and yet 10 minutes from shops and restaurants. It gave us the complete peace and comfort we were looking for and we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. The house is beautifully designed, modern, equipped with everything you need for real comfort, and with all that, it is full of stunning details, such as ambiental indoor and outdoor lighting, embroidered bedding, fine dishes, interesting books and decorations, and fragrant soaps. There are incense sticks everywhere, so as soon as you enter the house you feel like you have come to a beautiful spa. Of course we enjoyed the pool and the garden full of Mediterranean plants and spices. The owners of the house are extremely kind, immediately after booking, they sent us a welcome letter with lots of useful information about the house and location and recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, and pastry shops in the region. This helped us a lot to organize and prepare our vacation in advance. It was also a nice gesture that we were welcomed by fresh fruit, olive oil, and some basic cooking supplies. They kindly answered every question we had, so they deserve all the praises. We really enjoyed our vacation at Villa LiliAna and we will definitely come back there again. Amra
