Feel a dash of glamour, luxury, and history during your holiday in the magnificent villa Paulina in Dubrovnik built in the 1930 with great sunsets and views of the famous city of Dubrovnik. Located just 400 m from the beach, this luxury villa provides comfort with state-of-the-art design of famous world and Croatian designers.  

It consists of two floors and an attic decorated in an eclectic style and has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a safe, TV, and it can accommodate up to 12 guests. In the spacious salon, there is a double bed for two guests. There are also 2 baby cots and 2 extra sleeping beds at the guest’s disposal as well as 7 bathrooms and a sauna.

Reservations from November 1 to March 31 must be booked at least 5 days before the intended stay. We offer an additional 5% for all reservations of 7 days or more.
