When stumbling upon the villa Aqua Nuova, you will see, except for its beauty, that from the start it offers you many possibilities. First is that it forms a part of a complex called Istria Nuova where you can rent one, two, or even all three villas together. Amazing.

This countryside beauty is surrounded by beautiful green nature as well as a carefully tended garden. There are many graces about this part of Istria, from the mentioned nature up to charming vineyards and even more incredible people.

During the high season 2026 (31.05. - 19.09. 2026) the villa can be booked for 5 nights for the additional price of 20% on the original prices. For reservations of 3 or more nights in periods 29.3. – 30.5.2026 (pre-season) and 20.9. – 31.12.2026 (postseason) we grant a 20% discount on the total amount of accommodation! The pool is heated upon request for an additional fee of 500€/week or for 300€ for less than a week period. Open from 01.04.-01.11. For each time period, guests can book a luxury package (instead of a regular one) at a higher price (a previous agreement with agents is necessary). The luxury package includes early check-in and late check-out when available, housekeeping for 1 hour each day, a heated pool, a buffet breakfast, with wine and schnapps included, and concierge service.
