Set on a private 7,000 m² Mediterranean plot just outside Rovinj, this contemporary stone villa (built 2018) offers 300 m² of refined living and a 48 m² pool for up to 12 guests. The property features five double en-suite bedrooms and four bathrooms (three with showers and one with shower and bathtub), modern heating and A/C in every room, and a tasteful blend of modern design with traditional stone detailing. Family friendly and pet friendly upon request, the villa is available year‑round and is ideal for weekend breaks, wellness retreats or larger family gatherings.

Interior living is generous and well appointed: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine and dishwasher flows into an indoor dining area for 12, while a comfortable lounge with fireplace, Smart TVs and SAT TV offers relaxed evenings. Practical amenities include Wi‑Fi, laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, iron), safes and TV in every room.

During the high season 2026 (31.05. - 19.09.2026) the villa can be booked for 5 nights for the additional price of 20% on the original prices. For reservations of 3 or more nights in periods 29.3. – 30.5.2026 (pre-season) and 20.9. – 31.12.2026 (postseason) we grant a 20% discount on the total amount of accommodation! The pool is heated upon request for an additional fee of 500€/week or for 300€ for less than a week period. Open from 01.04.-01.11. For each time period, guests can book a luxury package (instead of a regular one) at a higher price (a previous agreement with agents is necessary). The luxury package includes early check-in and late check-out when available, housekeeping for 1 hour each day, a heated pool, a buffet breakfast, with wine and schnapps included, and concierge service.
