The entire property is stretching over 2800 m², and there is a lot of space in the yard for various activities. This villa has 2 pools, one for adults, and one suitable for children, with sun loungers, and of course, a sun umbrella to hide from the sun. The beautiful terrace also has a dining table, and a barbecue area, with all of the equipment.

There is a children`s playground, as well as bicycles for the whole family. There are 6 bikes for adults, and 3 for children.

This villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, within 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The spacious living room is connected to the kitchen and the dining area. The living room is modernly designed, and it is perfect for relaxing, but you can also have some fun in the living room, where the billiards and a table soccer are situated. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor, and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor of the villa, there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an upper terrace. The terrace is equipped with furniture so you can drink your first coffee in the morning with a nature view. While staying in this villa make sure to visit nearby towns, and wander around the beautiful Istrian countryside.
