The new brand villa Kaia is located in the popular picturesque town of Vodice, just a few kilometers away from the famous historical town of Šibenik. The outstanding modern architecture offers an introduction to the modern world and offers maximum comfort.

This spacious villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The impressive interior has four bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. Three rooms are located on the first floor of the villa, which offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.
