The brand new and modern designed villa Sibinum is located in the picturesque place Jadrija, few kilometres away from the historical city Šibenik and 200 m away from the pebble beach. The villa spreads over 112 square meters and is created for holiday and enjoyment near the sea and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
On the ground floor of villa Sibinum there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. From the living room, guests exit to a spacious terrace that is ideal for socializing, enjoying, preparing barbecues or drinking cocktails next to the pool. On the first floor there are a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms, one having an exit to the balcony.
