The kitchen leads to two terraces: to the left, an open terrace perfect for morning coffee while listening to crickets, and to the right, a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Access to the yard is to the right of the kitchen, a covered terrace with a huge wooden table and seating where you will most likely enjoy the shade for most of the day. A barbeque is located right next to the terrace, and a few steps lead to the garden, where there is a pool with water as blue as the Adriatic Sea.

The sun deck next to the pool is paved, and you may enjoy the view of the sea and the lake from the sun loungers or by simply relaxing in the pool. The pool and sun deck are open from sunrise to sunset. A shower with solar-heated water is located next to the pool. The yard is entirely enclosed.
