Villa 44 has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. There are 3 luxury bedrooms in the villa, all with an en-suite bathroom. The interior design of the villa is rustic but with a lot of oriental elements. Also, there is a stunning stone staircase in the villa, leading you from one floor to another. Breathtaking. The charming kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a dining area for 6 guests. Also, a spacious living room is perfect for all lazy nights.

What is important to mention is that there are several things included in the price. There is a concierge service available 24/7 as well as a pre-stocking service. You are also getting a twice per week grocery delivery service, but there is a possibility of additional grocery trips at extra cost. There are housekeeping services every second day and a twice per week linen and towels change.

The beaches are very near as well as the restaurants, markets, and coffee bars. You can book this villa in the summer, when you can experience the hectic atmosphere of Dubrovnik, or in the colder times when there is a bit more calmness every day.
