It's perfect for a relaxing vacation for up to 8 adults and two small children, and it's only a short drive from Umag and Novigrad, as well as stunning beaches. 

An indoor pool, sauna, workout room, wine cellar, entertainment room, modern kitchen, and a huge living room with dining area are all located on the ground floor of this modern home. There are four nice bedrooms and four baths on the upper floor. On the roof of the villa, there is a sun deck to fully enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean sun and a jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and heated pool that is half in the house and partially on the terrace.
