Villa Aria, located in Lapad, is anciently built but newly renovated. It is located a short ride from Dubrovnik Old Town and surrounded by the seaside walking trails, pine forests and public beaches. The villa consists of the main house that features two floors and an attic with a studio flat, and two adjoining buildings – perfectly suitable for 10+2 guests.

On the ground floor there is separate toilet, one bedroom with private bathroom, open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining place from where you can walk out on the terrace with swimming pool in front. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and entrance in glories, nice terrace covered with wooden roof, with stone sink and sitting place, where you can enjoy in the afternoon sun or have an evening snack with a beautiful view on the Gruž harbour and marina.

Rate inclusions: housekeeping every 2 days, concierge service 24/7, pre-stocking, grocery delivery and linen/towels change twice per week.
