The property combines contemporary design with regional character across 180 m² of indoor space on a 460 m² plot, featuring a 31 m² private pool, carefully tended garden and orchard. Located near the sea, the beach is 800 m away, the historic town centre 4 km, and everyday conveniences — restaurants, market and cafés — are within 100 m.
The interior is designed for both group living and privacy: five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), accommodate couples comfortably — bed sizes include 160x200, two at 180x200 and two at 200x200. A/C is installed in every room and TVs are provided in all bedrooms.
