Spread across 300 m² of indoor living on a 2,000 m² plot, it sleeps up to 11 guests in five bedrooms (one en‑suite) and five bathrooms, with a heated 63 m² pool and immediate beach access at 0 m. The stone house with a fireplace, modern finishes and A/C in every room gives a fresh, luxe-but-relaxed feeling—perfect whether you’re coming for a family getaway or a wellness escape.

Inside you’ll find generous living spaces made for togetherness: a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for 12, a comfy lounge with Smart TV, Netflix and HBO, stereo system and a cozy fireplace. There’s also a dedicated workspace if you need to log on, plus fitness extras like a treadmill, PlayStation and bicycles.

In the fifth room there is a sofa bed for another guest or two more children. For the first three reservations for 2026, we offer a 20% discount.
