The beach is only 300 m away, while the charming town centre lies just 2 km from the property, making it easy to enjoy both relaxing seaside days and local island life.  The indoor area of 125 m² on a 300 m² plot feels bright and contemporary, designed for six guests with three comfortable bedrooms (2 × 180×200, 1 × 160×200) and three bathrooms (two with shower, one with toilet/washbasin). It’s perfect if you want a calm island base close to Kornati National Park and local delights like markets, cafés, and seafood restaurants within a short drive or cycle.

Living spaces are unfussy and family-friendly with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a starter pack of coffee capsules), an indoor dining area for six, a cosy couch, Smart TV with Netflix and SAT, and reliable Wi‑Fi.
