Perched on the sun-drenched shores of Hvar, this modern 2019 villa feels like a private cliffside retreat with sweeping, panoramic sea views and just 150 m to the nearest beach and local restaurants and cafés. The house spans 240 m2 on a 500 m2 plot and is designed for relaxed luxury — think clean lines, natural materials and lots of glass so the Adriatic becomes part of every room.
Inside there’s comfortable space for six guests across three bedrooms with generous 160x200 double beds; two of the rooms feature en-suite facilities and there are three shower bathrooms in total. The living areas are airy and modern with a cosy fireplace, smart TVs (including Netflix) in every room, a stereo system and fast Wi‑Fi. The fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar and indoor dining area make it easy to linger over long breakfasts or local wine tastings — and a private chef can be arranged on request for an extra charge.
