Designed for up to 10 guests, the property features four double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) each with an en-suite, plus a fifth bathroom for convenience,  just 12 km from the coast and 10 km from the town centre.

The living spaces are arranged for both sociable gatherings and quiet downtime. A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and ice maker adjoins an indoor dining area for eight; an additional outdoor dining space seats eight for al fresco meals. Comfort and convenience are emphasized with A/C in every room, under-heating via A/C units, smart TVs and SAT TV in each bedroom, high‑speed Wi‑Fi and a workspace/home office.
