Set just outside Pula in a quiet Mediterranean neighbourhood, this recently built (2020) stone-and-glass villa balances contemporary design with warm regional touches. On a private 700 m2 plot, the 200 m2 interior comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in four double bedrooms — each with its own en-suite — and offers five bathrooms in total. The property is ideal for families or mixed groups seeking space and privacy: fully fenced grounds, secluded garden areas and a carefully tended orchard create a serene backdrop, while the town centre, restaurants and cafes are only around 4 km away and the beach and Brijuni attractions are within easy reach.

Living spaces are designed for relaxed togetherness and year-round comfort. A generous indoor dining table seats ten, the living room centers on a stone fireplace and comfortable seating, and every room has A/C and TV.
