Set on a generous 900 m² plot in the serene outskirts of Šibenik, this villa offers an intimate, contemporary retreat for up to six guests. The compact 90 m² interior has been carefully composed for effortless living, while the secluded, fully fenced garden ensures privacy and the freedom to bring a well-behaved pet (allowed at an extra charge). Thoughtful touches such as a welcome package, underfloor heating and A/C in every room create a warm, year‑round sanctuary on the Dalmatian coast.
