Perched on the shoreline of Mali Lošinj with direct beach access just 10 metres away, this newly built 2023 residence presents a refined retreat for up to 12 guests across 450 m2 of contemporary living. Set within a 1,200 m2 plot, the property unfolds around a heated 30 m2 infinity pool that frames an exceptional sea view, complemented by a hydromassage pool and carefully tended gardens. The atmosphere is calm and private, a place to unwind to the sound of the Adriatic while enjoying five-star service and discreet, personalised hospitality.

The house offers five en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort and versatility: three king-size doubles (180 x 200 cm), one family room with four single beds (90 x 190 cm) and one double (140 x 200 cm), served by a total of eight bathrooms including a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Interiors balance elegant living with play: a cinema, relaxation room, billiards and table-soccer, PlayStation and a children’s playroom sit alongside three fully equipped kitchens, formal and al fresco dining for ten, smart TVs and a dedicated workspace for those who wish to stay connected.

Villa Contessa has an additional offer for: G-Wagon Porsche 911 (on request) and 22-meter yacht (on request). For all weekly reservations from June 1 to October 10 22-meter yacht is included in the price for 1 day. For all reservations made until Christmas transportation for 7 guests from and to Zagreb (Mercedes V class) or Pula (private flight) will be included in the price. Special Easter package, April 1st-8th, minimum 5 night stay :  The package includes full-time staff, private chef, butler and concierge. Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Kids programs daily from 4pm-7pm. Gala dinner with fine cuisine and classic guitar. Spa day with massages in the villa. DJ hot pool party. Cinema night with popcorn & cola. Guided tour of the island.
