Villa Danica Splitska

The outdoor spaces are equally spectacular. A magnificent 70 m² heated pool takes centre stage, surrounded by 10 sun loungers and framed by a carefully tended Mediterranean garden that enhances the sense of natural serenity. An outdoor kitchen, BBQ station, and al fresco dining area for 10 make sunset dinners a truly unforgettable affair, while an outdoor TV and shower add further layers of comfort to the exterior experience. The villa also benefits from private boat mooring, with the option to rent a boat upon request — an ideal way to explore Brač's hidden coves and neighbouring islands. Three private parking spaces and a fully equipped private gym with a treadmill, plus 10 bicycles and a SUP board, ensure that active guests are exceptionally well catered for.

The location in Supetar, the charming main town of Brač, places guests within just 500 meters of restaurants, cafés, bars, and a local market, while the town centre itself is a leisurely stroll away. The island of Brač is celebrated for its dazzling beaches — most notably the iconic Zlatni Rat — its traditional stone villages, and its rich cultural heritage. With the ferry port of Supetar offering regular connections to Split, the broader Dalmatian coast and its wealth of attractions are easily accessible, with the airport just 45 km away.

This villa is perfectly suited to discerning families and close-knit groups of friends seeking an exclusive, high-specification retreat on one of Croatia's most beloved islands. With premium optional services including a private chef, daily cleaning, breakfast preparation, and food pre-stocking, every aspect of the stay can be tailored to the highest standard.
