The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a dining area and barbecue in the yard, ideal for hosting summer dinners with friends. If you want to stay in shape even on holiday, the villa has gym equipment, a bicycle, and you can have fun playing billiards, chess, or board games.
In the fully fenced yard there is a 50m2 large heated pool and jacuzzi, and next to it is a sun deck with 10 sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
