About Villa

Set on the sun-drenched island of Vis, Croatia, this contemporary villa (built 2022) offers 400 m2 of impeccably designed indoor space on a 1,000 m2 plot with an uninterrupted sea view and direct Mediterranean surroundings. The property is a short 300 m stroll from the nearest beach, 350 m from the town centre and just minutes from restaurants, markets and cafes (all around 200–350 m). Contemporary architecture, high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling glazing create bright, airy living areas that invite the Adriatic light inside while delivering privacy and quiet when desired.

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a 180 x 200 double bed and its own en-suite shower bathroom; in total there are six bathrooms (five with showers plus an additional guest WC). Social spaces include an elegant living room with smart TV and stereo, a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances, indoor dining for eight and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Notes

The pool is not in operation in winter. For reservations made outside the season (7th and 8th month), the price includes one day of boat rental.
