Tucked into the tranquil Mediterranean hills of Banki, near Poreč, this spacious villa (232 m² indoors on a 1,135 m² plot, built in 2010) feels like a private country retreat with panoramic nature views. It sleeps up to 8 guests across three double bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom—making it a relaxed choice for families or couples traveling together. The house has a carefully tended garden, a wine cellar for tastings on request, and the option to heat the pool (22 m²) for extra-comfy swims.

Inside, you’ll find a warm mix of modern convenience and homely comforts: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and ice maker, multiple dining areas, a cozy fireplace, underfloor heating and A/C in every room. For work or downtime there’s reliable Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV, Netflix and even a PlayStation 3—so you can switch easily between productivity and play.

The pool is available from 01.05. until 30.10.2025. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional cost of 250€ per week. Wine consumption is possible for an extra charge. There is an extra cleaning charge of 100€ in case there is a lot of dog hairs around the villa at the check out.
