We had a wonderful stay with all 11 family members. The house was clean and airy and totally equipped from the kitchens to the bath and bedrooms. The outside area and pool were cleaned every other day. The kids loved the pool and we especially enjoyed early morning dips in the lovely Adria. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this villa highly enough. It was a very special 10 days.

The stay was very nice. Especially the location, view and beach very awesome. The pool and the amenities as well. The rooms were very nice and well equipped. We would only appreciate mosquito nets in the windows. Overall very comfortable stay.

Alles war super -alles vorhanden und wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt
Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem gepflegten und mit dieser tollen Lage ausgestattetn Haus

A lovely modern och well equipped house right on the beach. We stayed a week with three families with almost grown up kids and we all enjoyed it, although we moved around a bit in the house since the ground floor had the kitchen and the upper floors a bit more private. The house was clean and had everything we wanted and the owners were really helpful and friendly. The view from the balconies was fabulous and we enjoyed our meals in the patio. A few steps to the nice beach and the restaurants and bars a short walk away were all enjoyable, especially the sunset view from the Shark Bay. Our warmest recommendations.

Wir hatten in der Villa Felicita einen super Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt perfekt direkt am Strand. Die Gastgeber waren superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Familien mit Kindern oder nur für Erwachsene ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort zum Entspannen.

Wir hatten zu sechst ein wunderbare Woche in der Villa Felicita. Haus und Pool sind schön und gepflegt. Der Strand ist vor der Haustüre und eine nette Strandbar in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ein Standup-Board stand zur Verfügung.
Zu allem Überfluss wurden wir von der Besitzerfamilie mit Tips versorgt und die Besorgung einer Geburtstagstorte wurde uns abgenommen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war fantastisch!! Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 7 Kinder (2J.-14J.)
Das Haus sieht real noch um einiges grösser aus als auf den Fotos. Besonders begeistern waren wir vom Interieur, dem Pool, den Betten, der Outdoorküche und der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage der Hauses ist fantastisch. Man ist in schnell in Sibenik wie auch in Primosten, jedoch gibt es auch 2 tolle Restaurants in Zaboric.
Der Pool wurde jeden 2ten Tag gereinigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Wir haben sogar frische Tomaten und Feigen aus ihrem Garten erhalten.
Wir empfehlen diese Villa allen weiter!!

Es war toll! Nur zu empfehlen!
Wir waren 10 Personen (Familie) und wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Die Zimmer, das Interieur und die Deko sind erste Klasse, sauber und wunderschön. Die Betten sehr bequem!
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit neuen und sauberem Geschirr und Zubehör.
Die Terrasse sehr gut und schön abgeschirmt gegen die heisse Sonne.
Der Pool und der Garten wurden jeden Morgen gereinigt und aufgewischt.. Danke! Das Meer ist gerade vor dem Haus und kann via Gartentor erreicht werden, schöner Strand, vor allem mit Kids.
Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war reibungslos und herzlich.
Auf diesem Weg herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in euer Villa!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Felicita zu Gast. Die Anlage ist fast neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß mit dem Pool, der in Blickfeld von der Terasse ist. Nach der Gartentür ist man nach ca 40Meter schon im Meer. Am Strand gibt es nach kurzen Gehminuten ein Restaurant, Massage, Jetski Verleih, eine Bar,........Zusammenfassend sehr empfehlenswert.
