Perched above the Adriatic in Primošten, this refined seaside residence offers an intimate, all-season retreat for up to six guests. Set within a 500 m² plot and comprising 380 m² of thoughtfully appointed interior, the villa was completed in 2013 and combines modern comfort with luminous Mediterranean vistas. The property’s amazing sea view ensures every stay feels effortless and exclusive.
Interiors are spacious and elegantly finished, with three en-suite bedrooms—two with king-size doubles (180 x 200 cm) and one twin (2 x 90 x 200 cm)—each with its own bathroom; in total, there are five bathrooms (four with shower facilities and one with WC). The fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for eight, and comfortable living areas are complemented by Wi‑Fi, SAT TV, and a DVD player, while A/C and heating are provided in every room for year‑round comfort.
