Tucked into the peaceful Mediterranean hills of Dračevac, Poreč, this modern 2022-built villa is a calm, stylish retreat for up to six guests. The house offers 180 m2 of indoor space on a 400 m2 plot, and its standout features are a heated 20 m2 salt-water pool, a private jacuzzi and a sauna — perfect for relaxing any time of year. 

Inside, the layout is designed for comfort and convenience: two double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a sofa bed to accommodate the full party of six. There are four bathrooms in total — two with shower/toilet/washbasin, one with shower, bathtub and toilet, and a guest WC — so everyone has space and privacy. Modern comforts include underfloor heating, A/C in every room, smart TVs in each room, Netflix and a PlayStation 5, a cosy fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher and a start package of coffee capsules.
