Set on the island of Krk, this contemporary villa offers 250 m2 of refined living on an 1800 m2 plot, combining modern luxury with total privacy. Designed for up to 6 guests, the property features 2 spacious double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) each with en‑suite facilities, plus a total of four bathrooms — three with showers and one with toilet and washbasin. Interior comforts include underfloor heating, A/C in every room, central heating, a fireplace, TV and SAT TV in every room, WI‑FI and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and more. 

The living spaces are arranged for effortless socialising and relaxation: an indoor dining area for six, a comfortable lounge with sofa bed and stereo system, and practical laundry amenities (washing machine, dryer, iron). Wellness is integral to the experience with a dedicated massage room, relaxation room, sauna and a gym area with equipment.

A fee for final cleaning in the amount of 200€ needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax is not included. It is possible to book only the villa with a pool instead of the whole villa, which also includes wellness, for €60 less than the full price.
