Set on the sun-soaked island of Brač, this villa (2023) estate sits on an impressive 40,000 m² plot with a generous indoor footprint of 700 m². Designed for up to 12 guests, there are six ensuite bedrooms each with a 180x200 double and a mix of bathrooms — four with showers and two with bathtubs — so everyone has their own private space. The property features a 110 m² heated pool and subtle sea views, making it a wonderfully private base for families, groups of friends or a memorable celebration.

Indoors you’ll find wide, bright living areas with a cosy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining table for 12 — ideal for long shared meals. Wellness and comfort are front and centre: a sauna, gym, jacuzzi and underfloor heating complement A/C in every room.

Notes

The security deposit is paid by credit card. The price includes: Housekeeping: 5 hours/5 days per week - maid service Laundry: Washing and Folding; Up to 2 kg per room per day. More than that can be sent to the laundrette for an extra charge. Daily Pool Cleaning Host service: laying the table, serving, and setting the ambiance Beach Chairs & Table La Colazione, Italian-style Breakfast Complimentary soft drinks and occasional cocktails
