Tucked into the peaceful village of Komolac on the Dubrovnik coast, this modern stone villa (built 2021) sleeps up to 14 guests across 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With 250 m2 of indoor living on a 1,050 m2 plot, it blends traditional Mediterranean charm — a carefully tended garden and a stone fireplace — with contemporary comforts like A/C in every room and thoughtful accessibility (ground-floor bedroom). It’s a relaxed, family-friendly hideaway that also works brilliantly for gatherings.

Inside you’ll find bright, sociable living spaces: three fully equipped kitchens (including a Nespresso machine and starter capsules), an indoor dining table for 12, a cosy lounge area with smart TV, HBO/Netflix, stereo and a handy workspace for anyone wanting to check in during the day.
