A private boat mooring, elevator, garage and private parking add practical convenience for those arriving by sea or car, while the authentic seaside atmosphere and carefully tended garden create an immediate sense of retreat.

Interiors combine modern comfort with thoughtful amenities: expansive living spaces with a fireplace, underfloor heating, air-conditioning in every room, an indoor dining table for 12 and a fully equipped kitchen with top appliances (coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, oven and more).
