If you're dreaming of a modern island escape, this recently built (2023) Korčula villa checks every box. The contemporary 360 m² interior sits on a 510 m² plot and comfortably sleeps 8 guests across four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite — two with 160x200 beds and two with 180x200 — and a total of six bathrooms including a bathtub and multiple showers. Outside, a generous 62 m² heated pool, a carefully tended garden and fully fenced yard create a private, relaxed atmosphere with sea views in the distance.

Inside feels like a boutique retreat: an open, fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for eight, cozy living areas with smart TVs (Netflix, HBO, SAT TV) and a proper workspace if you need to check in. Comfort features are top-notch — underfloor heating, air-conditioning in every room, a home office corner, washer/dryer and practical extras for families such as a baby cot, high chair and children’s cutlery.

A stay shorter than 7 days is possible with a 20% higher price. The cleaning fee of 400€ is paid in the period July 1 - September 1.
