Villa Osmolis

Set on a compact Mediterranean plot in the peaceful hamlet of Brsečine, just 700 m from the sea and 17 km from Dubrovnik’s historic centre, this recently built (2022) villa offers a modern, wellness-focused retreat for up to 10 guests. The indoor area of 184 m2 and total plot of 250 m2 have been designed with clean lines and panoramic sea views, combining contemporary comfort with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Practical details include private parking, A/C and central heating throughout, and a safe box. 

The villa sleeps ten across four bedrooms—two doubles with en-suite bathrooms, one twin room with an en-suite, and a fourth double—backed by five bathrooms in total (two with showers, two with bathtubs, and a separate WC). Interiors are tailored to groups and families: two fully equipped kitchens, an indoor dining area for 12, two living rooms plus a relaxation room, a workspace, and a sofa bed for additional flexibility.
