Designed for ten guests, the residence features five en‑suite bedrooms—three with spacious doubles (180 x 200) and two with single beds (90 x 200)—and five bathrooms (one with both bathtub and shower, four with showers). Guests benefit from thoughtful modern comforts including an elevator, underfloor heating, A/C in every room, smart TVs throughout and accessibility features for disabled guests.

Interiors are arranged for effortless living and entertaining: a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and ice makers, indoor dining for eight, a comfortable lounge with TV and stereo, and a private cinema and playroom for relaxed evenings. Wellness and fitness are central to the experience with a dedicated sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment including a treadmill, and a home‑office workspace for those combining work and leisure.

Breakfast is available for 20€ per person per day. Baby cot available for 10€ per day.
