Located in the village of Rakotule, a suburb of charming Motovun, Villa Cypress Hill is surrounded by rolling meadows, forests, and lush vineyards. Enjoy breathtaking views of Motovun and surrounding nature and watch the sunrise from the outdoor area or from the jacuzzi and infinity pool.

The main house was designed as a typical Istrian Stancija with a modern touch for the ultimate luxury experience. There are four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, so the villa can accommodate 8 guests. A large open living room and dining room with a library are all furnished with luxury furniture.
