Villa Istria Nuova is a stunning complex made out of three villas—Terra Nuova, Aqua Nuova, and Sole. This beautiful Istrian paradise is an excellent choice for a big family gathering or even a small wedding organization. Check it out.

All three villas altogether accommodate up to 36 guests. There are 15 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, for 30 guests, and a sofa bed and 4 additional beds for 6 more guests.

During the high season 2026 (31.05. - 19.09. 2026) Istria Nuova can be booked for 5 nights for the additional price of 20% on the original prices. For reservations of 3 or more nights in periods 29.3. – 30.5.2026 (pre-season) and 20.9. – 31.12.2026 (postseason) we grant a 20% discount on the total amount of accommodation! The pool is heated upon request for an additional fee of 500€/week or for 300€ for less than a week period. For each time period, guests can book a luxury package (instead of a regular one) at a higher price (a previous agreement with agents is necessary). The luxury package includes early check-in and late check-out when available, housekeeping for 1 hour each day, a heated pool, a buffet breakfast, with wine and schnapps included, and concierge service.
