About Villa

This contemporary countryside retreat, completed in 2021, sits on a generous 1,500 m² plot in the peaceful hamlet of Sveti Bartul near Labin, Croatia. The villa’s 250 m² of indoor living blends modern design with family-friendly functionality: a luminous open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and dishwasher, and indoor dining for eight create an inviting hub for shared meals and relaxation. A 36 m² private pool, carefully tended gardens and a fully fenced yard ensure privacy and safe play for children, while eight sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a dedicated outdoor shower shape a true al fresco lifestyle.

Sleeping up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully configured bedrooms, the property features two double-bed suites (180x200) with en-suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200) plus a single bed (90x200) and their own en-suite facilities. In total there are five bathrooms — one with a bathtub and four with showers — and air conditioning in every room for year-round comfort.
