Set in the heart of Istria near Pazin, this contemporary villa offers 350 m² of sophisticated living on a 2,000 m² plot, accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed for comfort year-round, the property features a 54 m² heated salt-water pool, underfloor heating and A/C in every room.
The interior balances group living with private retreats: six en-suite bedrooms (five doubles 180x200 and one twin room with two 90x200 beds) and seven bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for 14 and an outdoor dining area for 14 make catering simple; amenities include a Nespresso machine, ice maker, oven, dishwasher and optional private chef or pre-stocking services. For work or leisure there is a dedicated workspace/home office, Smart TVs (HBO, Netflix), stereo system, billiards, table tennis and a children’s playroom to keep all ages engaged.
