Set in the tranquil Istrian village of Vabriga, this contemporary villa (built 2019) occupies a 707 m² plot with 287 m² of elegant indoor space and a 33 m² private pool. Designed for up to 8 guests, the property offers four double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) each with en-suite facilities—three bathrooms include both shower and bathtub, while the fourth features a bathtub and WC—delivering privacy and comfort for families or shared groups. The home’s modern construction and thoughtful layout make it equally suitable for summer escapes and year‑round stays thanks to underfloor heating, central heating and A/C in every room.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is stocked for relaxed self‑catering or for hosting a private chef upon request. Appliances include oven, stove, coffee machine (start package of coffee capsules provided), dishwasher, freezer and all essentials, while the living area features comfortable seating, Smart TV with SAT, and a dedicated workspace with WI‑FI for remote working.

Notes

The pool is open from April to November. We offer 15% discount for reservations for September that 6 or more nights long.
