If you're after a roomy, private escape in the heart of Istria, this modern 2014-built villa in Karojba near Motovun is a brilliant pick. The house spans 450 m² on a 3,000 m² plot and sleeps up to 11 guests across five bedrooms (two king-size 180x200, two 160x200 doubles and one twin 90x200). There are four bathrooms (three showers and one with a bathtub), plus all the practical touches you’d want for a longer stay—heating and A/C in every room, a fireplace, smart TVs and strong Wi‑Fi. It’s spacious without feeling impersonal: the kind of place where everyone can find their corner.

Notes

The pool heating is charged additionally, 300€/week in the period 15.3.-15.11. One additional guest can be accommodated on the additional bed, at an extra charge of 30€/day.
